GOAL remains… a TOP WORKPLACE for...
Work-Life Flexibility ** Cultural Excellence ** Purpose & Values
GOAL High School, based in Pueblo, Colorado, authorized by District 49 and serving Colorado high school students statewide, has been named a 2025 Denver Post Top Workplace Culture Excellence winner! This recognition is based on anonymous employee feedback and celebrates organizations excelling in workplace culture. GOAL High School received awards in three categories: Culture Excellence, Work-Life Flexibility, and Purpose & Values.
The Culture Excellence award signifies that staff feel valued. Their ideas are listened to, and they have a high degree of confidence in their leadership. Employees enjoy their work and believe that the mission and vision are positive and meaningful. The Work-Life Flexibility Award recognizes that GOAL has built and nurtured a culture that allows staff to meet the demands of their personal lives while maintaining a high-performance level of work. The Purpose & Values Award celebrates organizations that have successfully communicated the mission and vision and created a strong belief throughout the school that the work they do is meaningful, worthwhile and rewarding.

CEO, Constance Jones expressed her sentiments regarding the culture of Colorado’s largest high school. GOAL’s student body and staff have nearly doubled during her tutelage.
“We are incredibly honored to receive these awards. Our staff’s commitment to a positive and supportive environment enhances our mission. We take immense pride in promoting leadership, diversity and inclusivity. Together, we are building a school culture where excellence, well-being, and leadership go hand in hand, and we couldn’t be prouder of this achievement.”
