Academic Coach

Helping students move forward one goal at a time.
Academic Coaches work closely with students to help them stay engaged, organized, and on track for graduation. They build strong relationships and support students with goal setting, pacing, and motivation. Coaches help students overcome challenges and develop confidence as independent learners in a personalized learning environment.

Administrative Assistant

The friendly face that keeps everything running.

Administrative Assistants support the daily operations of GOAL sites by assisting students, families, and staff. They manage front office tasks, communication, and records while helping create a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment.

Assistant Principal

Leading with care, clarity, and purpose.

Assistant Principals support school leadership, staff success, and student outcomes. They work closely with teachers and support teams to strengthen school culture and ensure students receive consistent academic and social emotional support.

Counselor

Guiding students toward what comes next.

Counselors help students plan their academic path, track graduation progress, and prepare for life after high school. They provide guidance, encouragement, and support as students work through challenges and plan for their future.

Counseling Assistant

Supporting the support system.

Counseling Assistants help counselors by managing schedules, records, and student communication. They make sure students receive timely information and access to services, helping student support systems run smoothly.

Social Emotional Generalists

Building strength from the inside out

Social Emotional Generalists support students in developing skills to manage emotions, stress, and daily challenges. They work with students individually and in small groups to promote confidence, resilience, and healthy decision making.

Social Worker

Removing barriers so students can succeed.

Social Workers support students and families by connecting them with resources that address barriers to learning. They focus on student well being, family engagement, and access to community support.

Teacher

Teaching students where they are, helping them grow.

Teachers provide personalized instruction in a flexible learning environment. They support students with different learning needs, schedules, and life experiences while helping them re engage with learning and work toward graduation.
