 We hope this letter finds you well. GOAL Academy High School is currently seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase of an online high school core curriculum package. As an educational institution committed to providing high-quality education to our students, we are seeking to procure a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with our educational standards and objectives. 

 Our requirements for the online high school curriculum package are as follows: 

 Curriculum Content: 

• Comprehensive coverage of core subjects including Mathematics, Science, English Language Arts, and Social Studies. 
• Interactive and engaging multimedia content and learning activities 
• Differentiated instructional support to cater to diverse learning needs, specifically EL, GT, SPED, and RtI. 
• Alignment with Colorado Academic Standards, as well as appropriate national and industry standards. 
• Alignment with instructional best practices including, but not limited to SIOP, DOK, and Bloom’s Taxonomy 
• Integration with PowerSchool, Schoology and Microsoft Teams. Both Schoology and Microsoft Teams are used as Learning Management Systems (LMSs). 
• User-friendly interface for both students and educators. 
• Assessment and grading functionalities. 
• Progress tracking and reporting features. 

 Support and Training: 

• Initial training for educators on how to effectively use the materials. 
• Ongoing technical support and assistance. 

• Access to resources and materials to aid implementation. 

 Customization Options: 

• Flexibility to customize content and assessments to suit our specific instructional requirements. 
• Ability to add or modify content as per curriculum updates or changes. 

 Pricing and Licensing: 

• Clear pricing structure with transparent costs for 6300 students, including hard copies of teacher editions that match up with digital content. 
• Flexible licensing options to accommodate the needs of individual students. 
• Any additional costs or fees associated with implementation and maintenance including professional development. 

 Interested vendors are invited to submit their proposals addressing the above requirements. The proposal should include, but not be limited to, the following information: 

• Company profile, including relevant experience in developing and providing online high school curriculum packages for asynchronous learning environments. 
• Detailed description of the curriculum content, including sample materials. 
• Overview of the platform highlighting key features and functionalities. 
• Support and training offerings. 
• Customization options available. 
• Pricing structure and licensing terms. 
• References from current clients, preferably online, alternative high schools.
